Who needs a physical?

New York State has revised it's requirements for school age children.

All kindergarten, level 2, 4 and new students to the district are required to have an up to date physical on file in the Health Office. New York State will recognize the physical for one year.  Physical forms can be obtained through the web site or have the personal care physician send their own form.
