All absences MUST be done in writing and sent to the following email: [email protected] by 9:30 AM

Please state your child’s name, the classroom teacher's name, and reason for your child's absence.

A signed excuse note must be submitted when the student returns to school stating the dates absent and reason for absence.

All students should be in the building by 9 AM. A signed excuse note stating the reason for the tardy must be brought in with them.

Any change in your child’s early release, dismissal and/or after school destination needs written parent/guardian permission sent to [email protected] with the reason for the change stated.

HCSD policy requires that anyone wanting entrance into CAS must use the Main Office intercom system stating the reason for visit. A valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID must be presented.
